Refund policy

No returns/refunds on personalized items unless delivered damaged or containing the wrong requested personalization. There is a 14 day return policy from date of delivery on all non-personalized items and those personalized items delivered damaged or containing the wrong personalization. Personalized items include those containing initials, names, or other unique features requested.
